Competitive postage rate based on your destination address.

Your postage is estimated based the total weight, size of your purchased products and the destination to your home address in accordance with Australia Post. It is noted that we offer free postage for certain products. If your purchase includes products with postage, the final postage fee will be calculated based on these products only.

 

FREE standard postage when you spend over $200:

Please note, orders over 6kg do not qualify for this promotion. Orders must be combined prior to payment to take advantage of the free shipping.

Dispatch and tracking:

The average dispatch time is within 1-business day for all orders. Please check the "delivery" section of the listing or contact us. We use Australia Post to dispatch all orders. You will be emailed a tracking number shortly after your order is dispatched. Otherwise, if you want to locate your tracking number, go to the Order History tab under my account. It will have your tracking number there. To track your delivery, please check http://auspost.com.au/track/. Please note, tracking may not be available until 24-48 hours after lodgment. Even though great care is taken during the packaging and shipping process, if your purchased products arrive damaged as the result of shipping, please contact our customer service to assess the damage and resolve the issues. You are required to provide photograph of the delivery package and the items. For returns, please read our return policy.

 

Authority to Leave:

If you would like a parcel to be delivered without the need for a signature, please leave a message during checkout or send us specifying that you give 'Authority to Leave'. Please note, no responsibility will be taken for missing orders when authority to leave is granted.

When shipping to a business address, Australia Post requires that it is necessary to include the business name. We take no responsibility for packages that are not delivered when there is no business name provided.

 

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service at contact@nuvitas.com.au prior to return.
For change of mind returns, we might consider an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You contact us for the return within 7 days of purchase.
  • You produce original tax invoice as the proof of purchase at the time of your return.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please note that used merchandise cannot be returned.
  • The product is still on available for sale at our store.
  • Please contact us for return authorisation. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns. We also do not pay for the postage cost for the return, personal delivery is not accepted.

Due to our strict policy, we do not accept returns on vitamins, supplements, fragrances, baby formula and products for human consumption under the change of mind returns.

For other returns in case of defective merchandise, we will accept product returns with a proof of purchase (tax invoice). Please contact us for return authorisation. We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund, repair if the defects on the return product are a result of misuse or neglect. All the warranties are in accordance with manufacturers. The returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. 



 

Returning defective merchandise by mail:


Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label with a tracking number and packing slip. On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return. And refund will be issued using your original payment method.
