I have submitted my order, can I add more items?

Unfortunately no change can be made once you have submitted your order. Once receiving an order, our system will automatically send orders to our warehouse ready for packaging and delivery. We do offer free shipping on certain items, so feel free to place another order.

 

Can I cancel my order after paying for the items?

If you have a change of mind on purchased items, you are free to return for a credit note within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer return postage in this case, refer to our return policy for details on specific conditions.

 

How can I pay for my purchase?

We offer secure and fast payment methods so you can shop safely online. You can check out using Paypal, Mastercard or Visa card.

 

What currency are your listed prices on?

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars.

 

Where are your products sourced from?

We currently stock a wide range of products from trusted and ethical brands that share our strict criteria on ingredients and safety standards. We promote local business but also source our products internationally from New Zealand, Europe, US, Canada, Japan and Korea. Where we can, we categorize our products based on certifications so that our customers are aware of quality of products they are getting.

 

Can I order items that are listed as "out of stock"? How long will I have to wait until the items will be back in stock?

Unfortunately you cannot place an order on "out of stock" items. You can email us at order@nuvitas.com.au for ETA on the items.

VIP membership is a voluntary subscription, its FREE to join. To be sure that you are now a VIP member, you can log on to “my account” and check your membership status.

 

I am a VIP customer, do I need a discount code for 5% OFF on my purchase?

No, the discount will automatically apply to all listed products in our store.

 

I have signed up as a VIP customer, how can I use my 20% OFF voucher?

Upon your subscription as a VIP member, we will send you a confirmation letter with promo code included. It will allow you to use 20% OFF discount on your first order.

 

Can I purchase the sale items that are out of stock? Will the price be different if the items are in stock again?

Unfortunately our system does not allow you to do so. And the prices on the items might be different to the sale price when they are back in stock.

 

Can I add my promo code after check out?

Unfortunately our system will not allow you to do so, and we can not change the payment. You can always come back and use the promo code on your next purchase.

We encourage our customers to give us honest and fair reviews, both the good and the bad, which will allow us to select our products for your needs. All reviews registered on our website are therefore, anonymous to the public. When allowed, we will provide customer’s name, state and their age at the time of reviewing.

 

If I have negative reviews on products, can I still earn points?

No, our monthly special box is not a subscription box.

 

What includes in the monthly special box?

We would like to provide our customers a valuable box of natural health food, skin care products at a small quantity to try. The price of our monthly box on average is about $50, for values of more than $70.
